Planning and project management in Head Office:
Brunei Airport, Jeddah Airport, Dubai Tunnel, Dubai Dry Dock, Dubai Corniche, Hong Kong Immersed Tube Tunnel, Hong Kong Mass Transit system, Singapore New Docks, Seychelles Airport commissioning, Seychelles New Port and Reclamation, and others.
Passed Professional Exams for Membership of Institute of Civil Engineers.
1973-78 Managing Director of marina development/boatbuilding/boat-designing subsidiary of public company.

1992 - 2004:Project Director, Cambridge Rowing Trust, developer of a £20m, 2-mile (3.2km) long, Olympic-standard Rowing Lake for Cambridge. Personally responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, engineering, land acquisition, planning, and raising the £15m required in charitable donations.
2008 to date:Chairman, Cambridge Sport Lakes Trust (formerly Cambridge Rowing Trust)
1996 to date:CEO Takamaka Bay Co., developer of Takamaka Bay Resort and Villas, Praslin, Seychelles
2008 to date:Director, Kingdom Hotel Investments (Seychelles) Ltd, joint venture vehicle with Kingdom Hotel Investments, Dubai, for development of resort hotel and villas Raffles Praslin Seychelles
